I need someone to help me create a park that fits within this middle section, accesspoints to the road are allowed. Eventually I want to have several of these parks around the town, in order to beautify it.

Town founded by Stylish Agent (me) 

Currently the second largest town on TKXP!

We are seeking new residents so we can expand our town even larger!

The town is situated near a desert, swamp and mesa biome, in addition we have our own lake and villager town.

Taxes

Plot price:    0$

Plot tax:        0$

Daily tax:       110$

TP Tax:           Removed -> 0$

The cost will change depending on how many members we are getting. The more people the less you'll be taxed!

For now it will stay on 110$ 

Plots

Starters/Regulars: 2 chunks 

Loyal residents: 4 chunks

Most of the plots are still open for someone to claim. 

We have some plots open that haven't been claimed. Some of these have buildings on them that you can claims as yours with a just a little fee on top. 

You can choose to keep the building and build upon it or demolish it and make something yourself. It's all up to your imagination. 

If you are quick enough, you might get a plot with some useful goodies in it such as machines or rare items!

Extra's

You get free food when you join! 

We have public machines that you can use: Thermals and IC2

There are black hole units that contain an unlimited supply of Sand, Glass, Stone and Gravel

We have public ME System with different kinds of ingots that you are free to use for crafting.
